exhausted
I’m absolutely exhausted today. I could fall asleep right now (it’s 7PM!). Work just gets to me. It’s so redundant. Day after day, same thing: (For those of you who don’t know, I work at Holiday Inn cleaning up people’s shit.) Walk in the room, strip the bathroom, strip the beds, soak the bathroom, make the beds, clean the bathroom, dust the room, vacuum. Each and every room. Gah. My neck and back are killing me today from bending to make so many beds. But, it’s a job, so I shouldn’t complain (too much).
Anyway, I’ve decided to continue blogging. Efx2blogs isn’t working for me: no activation emails and whatnot. So, whatever. Sorry Keith: I loved efx2, but I guess it’s over
So, it’s time to move on. I don’t blog much, and there isn’t much to blog about: my life is just school and work, boring stuff all the time.
For those of you who don’t know, I came back from Alaska about a month ago. I posted some of my pictures in an album. There are 3 sub-albums. Check them out
I have many more pictures, but I posted a few of my favorites. Alaska was amazing. That’s the best word I can describe it. It was just…amazing. So beautiful. People were so nice. The scenery…wow. The whole reason I was there was to count sockeye salmon and take scale samples from them (to age them). We counted approximately 11,000 by the time we left (there should have been much more, but the run was late). We had lots of run-ins with grizzlies and blacks. The grizzlies are freaky. Especially when they are REALLY close to you! But, unfortunately I didn’t get any pictures of them. They are ingrained in my memory forever though. There were a few run ins that were really scary: we were charged, and one came running by me with a fish in his mouth. If I wouldn’t have moved before he came (my partner told me to get out of there with hand gestures), I would have freaked out and the bear would have probably attacked because it would have probably been startled. We had a black bear we dubbed Ballsy. He was just that too. He came VERY close to us a number of times, but we fell in love with him. The black bear pictures in my album are Ballsy. He was adorable.
Anyway, I will probably re-post my Alaska adventure because efx2 went down just after posting it so nobody that might have wanted to read about it got a chance. So, until then, tata!

My whole family who blogged have blogs on blogger now. I have three here. I like it and have no plans to go anywhere else.
